Welcome to Lane Luxe Studio! We’re so glad you’re here. Our salon is located in Pasadena, Texas, and we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our salon policies to help ensure the best possible experience. Appointments All services are by appointment only. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. After scheduling, you’ll receive a confirmation l email that includes our salon address, parking details, and a link to reschedule or cancel up to 72 hours before your appointment. You’ll also receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to your visit. Please note: Due to limited space and for the comfort and safety of all guests, only the person receiving the service may be present during the appointment. We kindly ask that no extra guests accompany you to the salon.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly require at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations within 72 hours. No-shows: 10% remaining balance is required and may result in a temporary booking block. Outstanding fees: Failure to pay will result in removal from the booking system until the balance is settled. Deposits: Your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. All deposits are non-refundable.
