Because we value each guest’s experience, all services are available by appointment only. Our limited-space studio allows us to give each client our full attention and create a more personalized experience from start to finish. Cancellation Policy
We kindly require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations within 72 hours: A cancellation fee may apply.
No-shows: A fee of 10% of the remaining balance will be required. No-shows may also result in a temporary booking restriction.
Outstanding balances: Failure to pay any outstanding fees may result in removal from the booking system until the balance has been paid in full.
Deposits: Your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. All deposits are non-refundable.
